Ever since we are born, it becomes mandatory for us to remain updated with the predefined software programs copyrighted under the law of society.
It is not a one-time activity but a complete paradigm shift that tends to direct us throughout life.
Why so? Since till 7 years of our growth age, our mind is like a sponge. Anything taught by our elders or what we see in our surroundings entrench itself in our mind like a universal fact.
If not illuminated by the power of conscious awareness, one can remain a victim of this vicious cycle of programmed behavior.
For instance, if you tame an animal whose natural habitat is a jungle, it would lose its natural escaping abilities.
Likewise, we as humans are each unique. Each has his own identity pattern that will never be repeated in this time of cosmos.
So, we can’t always tread a path that has worked successfully for someone else. We do require improvisations that have our own unique imprint.
Most of your shadow goals may fall out of the equation once you learn to use your awareness to reach your true desires.
The true power lies in reasoning each layer of reality or our outer environment. Then only we are in the position to move out of the matrix.
The number one drawback that this programmed behavior can cause you is that you no longer remain unique, you tend to get the same results as everyone is getting.
Some tips on moving out of programmed behavior
Lack of awareness of the present moment can cause your unconscious to dictate how you should go about your day.
For example, most of us have the habit of opening social media apps on our cell phones first thing in the morning. It feels as if it gives us some sort of motive force while in actuality it is unconsciousness in action.
Now the question here comes why we think that outer material things can validate our self-worth. Since it is we only who give definition to if it is worthy or not, we can again change the definition.
If one can use to direct his mind at will, profound changes can occur as can be seen with the testimony of an unsuccessful scientist who finally at will power took charge of his life and changed it in 30 days.
Act, Behave and feel like your ideal self
Wake up in the morning.
Right after waking up think of your goals as if they are already fulfilled.
Behaving, acting and feeling the way you would be as if your goals have already been accomplished places you in the receiving mode.
Receiving mode: By mentally imagining your goals already accomplished, you have the feeling of gratitude. Your body chemistry also changes. Each cell responds. Gratitude is the ultimate state of receiving.
For example, when you are happy, thoughts or resolutions related to your goals penetrate fast.
Perhaps what I think is that as we are the universe, and ALL THAT IS already exists so in gratitude state we are in a better position to make neurological pathways required for specific goal accomplishment since in actuality such paths already exist.
Set Intentions throughout the day
Taken from Vadim Zealand ’s, a renowned quantum physicist, who in his book “Reality Transurfing” recommends making the habit of setting more and more intentions throughout the day even for simple tasks as the brain would then be in better position to deliver what it is required to do.
Partly, if you are familiar with Abraham Hiks teachings “Segment-intending” would do the same for you.
Unless it is clear to the mind what we want, it will keep on running on old programs. New programs can be created by setting intentions.
Become conscious of what you focus during the day
As I have shown in my previous article how focusing only on what is good and useful and ignoring the rest can open the door to synchronicities.
Make your mind rule not your body
We have been programmed most of the time with past familiar patterns to the extent that we are afraid to try new.
Our usual nature is more of listening to more of body’s comfort not what is right.
Try this: Wake up tomorrow at least 1 hr before your usual routine, more often than not your body will rule and compel you to remain asleep unless you consciously make the effort to do so.
So what happens when we are not consciously creating our day?
We tend to go as our body directs us to do so.
Here is the cache, if you get determined during this phase and listen to your mind, in time you will begin to see changes.
For this purpose, reserve judgment for after 21 days since it is the proven time frame to see noticeable changes.

This area is widely unexplored. Learning creates new neural connections. Also reading of any sort has been linked to reduce stress levels, entertain you, make you relaxed and so on.
Some other benefits of reading include
- Increased brain connectivity
- Brain Rewiring
- More white matter in the brain
- Increased working memory
Being Aware of present
By being in the moment you know what thoughts are leading you and to where.
Keeping your awareness either in the past or future can make you unconscious. Result: Not so desired results.
By keeping our attention on good and useful thoughts each moment, we allow new desirable neural paths to wire in our brain.
If this process continues, in time, this becomes your automatic response and those same neural paths hardwire for everlasting positivity and success.
By keeping our awareness fully in the present moment our mental faculties perform better.
If you face issues keeping your attention to the task at hand, try grounding exercises.
Also, presence allows us to catch unworthy thoughts that subtly and slowly lead us to a downward spiral.
Teach your body emotionally
By bringing the emotions of your desired reality in the NOW, your body gets prepared to recognize the synchronicities as and when they happen.
As you know on a deep level, each cell of our body vibrate at a certain energy, by bringing the emotions we wish to experience in the here and now, our whole energy field is synchronized to attract what we want.
During this time all the subconscious blocks that may hinder our growth are not able to overpower our intentions.
Programmed behavior can never give you a lifelong satisfaction as with moment to moment you are trying to conform yourself with society or others opinion.
Most of the so-called bad things that happen in people’s lives are due to unconsciousness. They are self created, or rather ego created. I sometimes refer to those things as “Drama”. When you are fully conscious, drama does not come into your life anymore.- Eckhart Tolle
Now try uninstalling those programs by shedding the light of awareness.
In each moment, try to use your reasoning faculties.
Practicing this behavior will show you that most of our sorrows, guilt, shames or worries are nothing but unconscious feelings in action.
