Not knowing the true meaning of kundalini, it is easy to relate it to some sort of yogic practice which is of no concern for us.
But truly? No, in true sense it’s the ultimate god realization.
Simply praying to god doesn’t make us reach him. We have to do deep inner work.
As Paramhansa Yogananda says that God is the energy moving up in the spine.
So can it be the case that we may be missing a link to reach god?
Perhaps this can be the reason why it is said “ Yoga is communion with God” since it opens our chakras.
In fact, yoga offers special poses for kundalini awakening. One can start implementing them under proper guidance.
Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev also says that for your spiritual practices to succeed one must keep his spine straight.
So how can yoga help?
Our past bad memories and emotions remain stuck in the chakras. Yoga helps in clearing stuck energies. Once these energies are removed energy moves freely and help in our awakening.
Lately, I have been reading “Becoming supernatural” by Joe Dispenza. He also relates how each location of chakra is linked to a specific set of organs that behaves like a small memory.
When we have a bad experience though we may think we have forgotten the incident but it gets stuck in the form of energy.
So it is essential to increase awareness right at that point, ground oneself or use yoga poses.
Yes, it is true that only very lucky ones are able to attain Kundalini rising. But can it be the case that we also are having its activation to some extent?
It is acknowledgeable that in the current times where most of us are on an autopilot mode, very few are able to have a spiritual awakening. Most of them have their energy or the serpent sleeping at the bottom of the lower two chakras (root and sacral).
But in this world of negativity those courageous souls who have had enough suffering to the point that they began questioning their existence, they are able to somewhat reach closer to their true self and hence have a spiritual awakening (though extent may vary)
Their chakras are somewhat clearer than the one engrossed simply in materialistic desires.
They are able to shed the outer layers of passion, anger, greed, attachment, pride, and envy.
What yogis are doing is simply meditating on chakras to attain a complete awakening where the serpent (or kundalini energy) rises up piercing the chakras up the spine to reach seventh chakra –crown chakra -Sahasrara.
This is the point where we say Shakti is said to meet Shiva.
As a result, one is able to obtain a permanent state of bliss.
Must mention at this stage where energy reaches the seventh chakra, he can attain anything he wishes upon but by this time he has developed a deeper sense of understanding that true bliss is inner peace.
The captivating emotions which keep us earth bound-such passion, anger, greed, attachment, pride and envy no longer has an effect on an enlightened one.
